Planning Committee for the annual

SENIORS’ RESOURCE FAIR - 2007

Do you have a keen interest to support and contribute ideas to the planning and success of the 2006 SRF? Do you have an interest in seniors, knowledge of community resources and are willing to volunteer approx 1½ hrs per month.

The planning committee is a ‘working committee’ and typical tasks would include attending a meeting monthly, suggestions for enhancing the fair, reviewing evaluation recommendations, planning, registration, entertainment, public relations, advertising, 50/50 draw and a few hours on the day of the Fair.

CCAAG does not want to miss any opportunities to let individuals, organizations and/or the general public, know about the terrific planned Educational Events, Resource Fair and support of community senior related initiatives provided by the organization.

Do you have 1.5 hours/month to help spread the good news about CCAAG? Join the PR team and assist in making CCAAG more visible and relevant to senior related organizations, interested individuals and the public as large by assisting with:
Media advertising and infomercials: Newspaper, Radio, TV Poster design and distribution
Email/Fax information distribution
General promotion of CCAAG

CCAAG needs seniors (65+) to sit on the various nomination review panels. If you are interested in volunteering you should involved in the community and knowledgeable of community activities.
