Volunteer Opportunities in Calgary

Volunteers required……   Planning Committee for the annual SENIORS’ RESOURCE FAIR - 2009 Do you have a keen interest to support and contribute ideas to the planning and success of the 2009 SRF? Do you have an interest in seniors, knowledge of community resources and are willing to volunteer approx 1½ hrs per month. The planning committee is a ‘working committee’ and typical tasks would include attending a meeting monthly, suggestions for enhancing the fair, reviewing evaluation recommendations, planning, registration, entertainment, public relations, and a few hours on the day of the Fair. Volunteers Required……   Outstanding Seniors' Awards Committee CCAAG needs seniors (65+) to sit on the various nomination review panels. If you are interested in volunteering you should involved in the community and knowledgeable of community activities.
