Aging & Active Living Expo 2010

Our society is multidimensional and therefore requires many services and products to meet
diverse needs. Active living is not only for the young! It is well documented that aging
individuals want to remain active in the community, want to stay physically active, and enjoy a
variety of recreation and leisure opportunities. The Expo embraces this zest for life.
This is an opportunity for you to showcase your creativity and innovative thinking by
displaying and marketing your products and services.
Exhibitor Package:
10’ x 10’ booth space with an 8’ table, backdrop, and two chairs.
Policies:
Booth tables are 8’ and will be supplied. This is the table you will
use. There will only be one booth/table per agency/ exhibitor.
If you wish to have 2 tables, you will be charged for 2 booths.
Product and service sales are allowed.
Invasive testing is prohibited.
Electrical:
A limited number of outlets are available. An additional fee of
$50.00 for each booth requiring electrical will be charged.
Rates:
Educational/Not for Profit $150.00
Business or government $250.00
Deadline for booth registration is May 11th, 2010

Please note: as registration is staffed by volunteers, calls and/or emails
will be returned within one week.
Registration is on a first come-first served basis.
The organizers reserve the right to limit the number of booths and spotlight
sessions for exhibitors featuring similar products/services.
