Our society is multidimensional and therefore requires many services and products to meet
diverse needs. Active living is not only for the young! It is well documented that aging
individuals want to remain active in the community, want to stay physically active, and enjoy a
variety of recreation and leisure opportunities. The Expo embraces this zest for life.
This is an opportunity for you to showcase your creativity and innovative thinking by
displaying and marketing your products and services.
2011 Exhibitors Information
Exhibitor Package: Booth space with a 3’ x 6’ table, no backdrop, and two chairs.
Policies: Booth tables are 3’ x 6’ and will be supplied. This is the table you
will use.
There will only be one booth/table per agency/
exhibitor. If you wish to have 2 tables, you will be charged for
2 booths. A booth can be split between two exhibitors, but must
be arranged by the exhibitors themselves.
Product sales and invasive testing are prohibited.
Electrical: A limited number of outlets are available.
Rates: Educational/Not for Profit $150.00
Business or government $250.00
Deadline for booth registration is May 13th, 2011.
